You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content.
Screen recording, downloading (unless explicitly provided), or sharing course content is strictly prohibited.
Course access is valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment.

4. Code of Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Share your account credentials with others.
Post misleading or fraudulent reviews.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Existing enrollments are not affected.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined and may have additional terms.

hackwhat Edutech LLP provides courses and training on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
